Part-time Program Manager

Description

Lead overall contract performance, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance for 150,000+ annual ticket operations

Serve as primary interface with Client leadership for program communications

Oversee service desk and contact center operations, reporting, personnel security, and continuous improvement initiatives

Direct surge planning and execution for Open Enrollment and policy-driven demand spikes

Manage risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution across all program areas

Ensure alignment with Client priorities for operations and stakeholder support

Ensure alignment with health policies and programs

Lead cross-functional coordination with issuers, agents/brokers, and federal partners

Drive operational excellence through ServiceNow, NICE CXone, and Tableau platforms

Define business requirements and enhancements

This is a Contract position based out of Catonsville, MD.

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $75.00/hr.
