Quality Control ClerkShearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Quality Control Clerk to join our team in Lee's Summit, MO.Position Responsibilities:Compiles and records production data to compare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of production.May perform any combination of the following duties: compile and record production data from customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets following prescribed recording procedures and using different word processing techniques.Calculates such factors as types and quantities of items produced, materials used, quality control and assurance methods, frequency of defects, and worker and department production rates, using a computer, calculator, and/or spreadsheets.Additional tasks include: writing production reports based on data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats, maintaining files of documents used and prepared, compiling detailed production sheets or work tickets for use by production workers as guides in assembly or manufacture of products.Performs document conversion, creating files, records maintenance, document destruction, records management and storage, and mailroom functions.Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures, applies common sense understanding to carry out written, oral or diagram instructionsDocument scanningTransfers in/out files and physical interfilingMay perform data entry to update reports and databasesMay answer and record incoming phone requestsMay handle back-to-stacks, and use RAILS/CIS/CPSProcess requests for filesBatch audit/electronic merging of filesLoads and unloads boxes of files from trucks and shelvingWill use repetitive wrist and hand motions to remove and/or insert staples in filesAbides by all company safety regulationsPosition Requirements:U.S. Citizenship or a permanent residentAssociates degree preferredHighschool degree or equivalentMust be 18 years of age or olderMinimum of 2 years related experienceBe able to pass pre-employment drug screenBe able to pass a post offer employment physical abilities testBe able to pass government background security clearance check (includes a credit check)Must be able to retain a Government public trust security level clearance.Possess basic computer skills (Microsoft word and excel)Must be able to stand and/or sit for prolonged periods of timeMust have visual ability to see objects closely as in reading and use of computer monitorMust have ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writingMust meet and maintain production and quality goalsPosition requires ability to lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds repetitively and the ability to push/pull, transport objects using assistive equipment on a repetitive basis.Must be able to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, use repetitive hand/wrist motions, withstand heights, stand/sit for prolonged periods, and assist with unloading and receiving inventoryThree Saints Bay, LLC and its subsidiaries offer a team-oriented working environment and the opportunity to work with exceptional, dedicated industry professionals.
