Primary Care Physician Opportunity
Our organization is currently looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our Primary Care Darby team in Darby, PA. This position is essential for supporting our ongoing initiatives to enhance primary care access throughout the Pennsylvania region.
At Primary Care Darby, we provide a comprehensive array of services, including:
- General primary care
- Management of both acute and chronic health conditions
- Preventive health screenings
- Specialized care through our endocrinology clinic and various other specialties
- Established practice with a strong foundation
- Opportunity to cultivate a substantial patient panel
- Organizational backing to foster practice growth and community involvement
- Utilization of an integrated Epic EMR system
- Robust referral network within our healthcare system
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
- Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health issues
- Focus on preventive care and population health management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Engage in quality and performance improvement initiatives
- Full-time position with 36 patient-facing hours
- Flexible scheduling options available
- On-call duties (1:5 call schedule), phone-only

Our physicians collaborate with diverse teams of clinical and quality professionals to develop innovative solutions, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. All our facilities are accredited as primary stroke centers and chest pain centers, with specific disease accreditation for Heart Failure programs from The Joint Commission. Our stroke and heart failure initiatives consistently receive recognition from the American Heart/Stroke Association. Additionally, many of our cancer programs hold accreditation from the Commission on Cancer, and our breast programs are recognized by the NAPBC, designated as Breast Cancer Imaging Centers of Excellence. Several of our hospitals also have the designation of Lung Cancer Screening Centers of Excellence.
