Your recruiter can share more information about the salary range and other factors during the hiring process.Benefits and Perks:Competitive Pay & BenefitsEmployer Contribution for individuals and eligible dependents' medical insuranceDental, Vision, and Life InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Commuter Spending Accounts401(k) Plan with company matchEmployee Assistance ProgramDiscounts through BenefitHubEmployee Meal DiscountsOpportunities for growth; we love promoting within!About the Role:Line Cooks (Noodle) are responsible for preparing, cooking and plating all of the noodle line items.Job Responsibilities & Tasks:Learns all Noodle recipes, cook times, and cooking techniques per Din Tai Fung's proceduresChecks the ingredient quality prior to beginning cookingCooks the ingredients in accordance with Din Tai Fung's recipesPlates the final product in accordance with Din Tai Fung's plating guidelinesPrepares and cuts garnishes for Noodle line itemsLabels all items in accordance with Health Department regulations and Din Tai Fung proceduresAttends monthly staff meetings and Noodle meetingsSupporting Functions:Keeps all kitchen areas clean and sanitizedOrganizes items within the walk-in coolers and freezersLifts/moves boxes, bags, chairs, and tables (up to 50 pounds)Assists with regular deep cleaning of the kitchenMaintains confidentiality regarding all propriety information, including but not limited to recipes and Standard Operating Procedures ("SOP's").Job Requirements:We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated people who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Open AvailabilityEager to learn, enjoys to be challengedAbility to stand for long periods of timeNote: This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying the position.
