Responsibilities Drive high‑quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department, fostering an inclusive environment, developing Associates, and holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way. Implement effective security protocols to ensure the safety of employees and guests. Create memorable experiences for guests, authentically connect with them, and participate in community outreach activities and events. Drive restaurant results through management of the department's P&L, developing initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, grow the guest count, and coach and train associates. Present quality food and drink by ensuring all menu items are made according to recipe and presented to high standards. Enforce safety and sanitation practices, maintaining immaculate facilities. Live our Principles & Beliefs, acting as a role model and fostering a passionate culture within the restaurant. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of polished casual or fine dining experience. Minimum of 3 years of prior salaried management experience preferred. Strong and stable work history; wine knowledge preferred. Availability to work a flexible schedule. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Must be at least 21 years of age. Basic computer proficiency preferred.
