Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is currently hiring Order Pullers for a growing warehouse in Midland, TX . We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow with the company.

Pay: $17.00 + DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pull customer orders.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or order pulling experience is preferred but not required .
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Must be willing to transition to a 2nd Shift schedule after being hired full-time.
• Steel-toe shoes or boots are required.
