Join our dynamic legal team supporting high-volume property litigation and related proceedings. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Commercial litigation background is preferred. Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in property and commercial litigation matters from initial filing through resolution
- Prepare and organize legal documents, pleadings, and court filings
- Coordinate with clients, property owners, government entities, and opposing counsel
- Manage case calendars, deadlines, and court scheduling
- Assist with document discovery and case file organization
- Handle administrative tasks including client communications and file maintenance
- Support trial preparation and deposition logistics
- Maintain accurate records in document management systems
- Process invoices and assist with billing procedures
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial litigation legal assistant experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional demeanor for client and court interactions
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills

- Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Downtown Tampa location (in-office daily)
