Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Students Seeking Supervision Berlin, MD, US Salary Range: $33.00 To $38.00 Hourly Job Overview We are currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Social Work students seeking supervision to join our team. As an advocate, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals enhance their capacities and coping mechanisms, improving their daily lives and experiences. Within specified standards and timescales, you will provide valuable support and guidance, fostering positive change and contributing to the well‑being of our community. Qualified individuals will receive supervision from Maryland Board‑approved clinical social workers as part of the fringe package. Responsibilities Planning, coordinating, and implementing behavior intervention plans to help clients, their families, and the care team thrive in their environment Interviewing clients and clients' stakeholders and assessing their current condition, needs, strengths, and weaknesses Providing services that address the various needs of the clients and families through setting tailored measurable goals Working with children and adults with disabilities in the home, residential, and community settings Plan, coordinate, manage and implement behavior intervention plans to help clients with disabilities in a variety of settings Interview service users and assess their current condition, needs, strengths, and weaknesses Address each case as a unit and set tailored measurable goals Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress and modify treatment plans accordingly Offer information and counseling on the best course of action during sessions Maintain accurate records and report on clients’ status Act as a resource and cooperate with multidisciplinary teams Refer clients to community services Requirements and Skills Working knowledge of social theories and practices Social perceptiveness and empathy Ability to build and maintain professional helping relationships Ability to relate and communicate with diverse populations and groups Resilience along with ability to assess situations Willingness to submit to background checks Ability to handle challenging situations with grace Master’s of Social Work Graduate LMSW certificate Benefits Free mentoring towards LCSW‑C credential Paid supervision opportunities Paid holidays Paid sick leave Retirement Hourly wage Travel incentive Access to Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Modern communication, documentation, and data collection systems #J-18808-Ljbffr Ocean Front Counseling
