Pay: DOE | Full-Time | San Diego Area
We’re looking for a motivated Fire Protection Technician to join our team. Experience in the industry is preferred but not required — we are open to training the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, test, service, and repair fire alarm systems
- Perform fire extinguisher inspections, recharges, and maintenance
- Assist with fire sprinkler system inspections, repairs, and related work
- Follow all applicable codes (NFPA, California Fire Code, etc.) and company safety procedures
- Complete accurate service reports and documentation
- Provide professional customer service on job sites

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to be approved/added to company vehicle insurance
- Ability to pass a background check (conducted after a conditional offer)
- Able to work flexible hours and some weekends as needed
- Physically able to work on ladders, lift equipment, and work in various environments
- Experience with fire alarm, sprinkler, or extinguisher systems is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
