Precision Office Solutions is actively seeking a Market Leader who can take full ownership of operations, installations, and overall market performance.

This is not a standard role—we are looking for a highly experienced operator who can step in immediately and lead at a high level. Based on both our internal needs and industry benchmarks across the country, the ideal candidate should bring the following:

Core Experience & Industry Knowledge

• Extensive experience in commercial office furniture installation and operations
• Deep familiarity with major manufacturers including MillerKnoll, Steelcase, Haworth, and Teknion
• Proven ability to manage and scale installation teams of 20–40+ installers, including both employees and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of installation systems, floor plans, and project execution

Operations & Leadership

• Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing full-cycle operations, including scheduling, logistics, warehouse coordination, and field execution
• Ability to develop and manage installation schedules, allocate labor efficiently, and adjust resources in real time to meet deadlines
• Experience hiring, training, and developing teams while maintaining high performance and accountability standards
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to be in the field, solve problems, and ensure quality control on-site

Logistics & Project Execution

• Strong logistics background, including coordination of deliveries, inventory, and jobsite readiness
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, budgets, and client expectations
• Experience tracking labor, materials, and project progress to ensure operational efficiency and profitability

Client & Business Management

• Extensive experience in client relationship management, acting as the primary point of contact for high-value projects
• Ability to manage client expectations, resolve issues proactively, and maintain long-term partnerships
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align operations with financial performance and growth goals

Technical & Systems Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation

Compensation & Additional Preferences

• Base salary starting at $87,000.00 , along with a full benefits pack age
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) to effectively support diverse crews and client interactions
