Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Breast Surgeon to join our growing multidisciplinary breast program. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a highly collaborative team dedicated exclusively to comprehensive breast care, supported by leading specialists and advanced resources throughout the Sharp HealthCare system.

The incoming surgeon will join two established breast surgeons and work alongside dedicated breast radiologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, breast pathologists, plastic surgeons, genetic counselors, nurse navigators, and survivorship specialists in a fully integrated program. Our Commission on Cancer (CoC)-accredited program is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered cancer care while maintaining the highest standards for quality and outcomes.

This position offers a balanced practice with dedicated clinic and operating room time, strong administrative support, and the opportunity to contribute to program development, clinical quality initiatives, and community outreach.

Position Highlights

• Fellowship training in Breast Surgery required
• Join an established team of two breast surgeons in a growing program
• Collaborative multidisciplinary breast care model
• More than 300 new breast cancer patients treated annually
• Dedicated breast radiologists and advanced wireless localization technology
• Dedicated operating room block time
• Clinical practice focused exclusively on breast disease
• Average clinic volume of 10-14 patients per full clinic day
• Average surgical volume of 4-8 cases per week
• Close collaboration with reconstructive plastic surgeons to optimize patient outcomes
• Strong support for minimally invasive, laparoscopic, and robotic surgical procedures
• Opportunities to participate in program growth, quality initiatives, and community education
• Robust support services including nurse navigation, survivorship programs, genetics, and oncology support teams

Total Compensation Range: $391,428.96-550K+The posted compensation range reflects the anticipated salary or compensation range for this position, as required by applicable state law. Actual total compensation may be higher and can include additional earnings such as productivity incentives, quality and performance bonuses, hospital/call stipends, extra shift pay, and other compensation components, where applicable. Providers may also be eligible for a CME allowance and a comprehensive benefits package. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
