Fleet Business Manager
Shamrock Foods Company
Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Fleet Business Manager to oversee day-to-day fleet operations supporting our wholesale foodservice distribution network. Based in Phoenix, AZ, this role manages vehicle utilization, maintenance, safety, routing, and cost control for a large delivery fleet. You will develop budgets, optimize routes, partner with operations and logistics teams, and ensure DOT and safety compliance. As part of a family-owned, people-focused company, you’ll lead and develop fleet staff while driving continuous improvement in performance, reliability, and customer service.
