Position Summary
We are currently seeking a dependable and safety-focused In-Yard Driver to join our operations in Rogers, Arkansas. This role involves operating a truck to move steel-sided flatbed or roll-off containers within the yard and assisting with scrap handling operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive semi-trucks within the yard to move scrap materials.
- Operate trucks to pick up and relocate containers within the yard.
- Operate yard equipment to load or move scrap material as needed.
- Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- No CDL required for this position.
- Tractor/Trailer driving experience required.
- Forklift or yard equipment experience preferred.
- Must be able to drive a manual.
- Ability to lift 3050 lbs independently and 100+ lbs with assistance.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
