Go-to-Market Activation & Program ManagementTranslate strategic priorities into sales plays and scalable growth programs.Lead program execution across regions, ensuring clear governance, accountability, and performance tracking.Define objectives, timelines, success metrics, and stakeholder alignment.Drive continuous optimization to maximize business impact.2. Competitive Intelligence & Market InsightsEstablish and manage a competitive intelligence and market insights framework for Tyvek Roll Goods.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and growth opportunities.Translate insights into actionable recommendations and strategic decisions.3. Continuous Improvement & Best Practice DeploymentImprove marketing effectiveness through standardized processes, governance, and best practices.Promote knowledge sharing and scalable ways of working across regions.Use data and performance insights to drive continuous improvement.What Success Looks LikeSuccessful global deployment of Sales Plays with strong adoption and measurable business results.Improved commercial effectiveness through scalable processes and disciplined execution.Enhanced market and competitive insights that support better decision-making.Essential Leadership BehaviorsOwnership and accountability for results.Influences and collaborates effectively across a matrix organization.Builds trust and alignment across functions and regions.Makes data-driven, customer-focused decisions.Continuously improves, simplifies, and scales processes.Demonstrates a growth mindset and promotes learning.Minimum Qualifications5+ years in B2B Marketing Operations, Commercial Excellence, Demand Generation, Strategic Marketing, or Program Management.Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as marketing or businessStrong project management, stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities. Ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority.Preferred QualificationsEducation: MBAExperience using CRM and analytics platforms to improve business performance and processes; Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms#LI-TG1
