Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery

Employment Details Full‑time, Night shift (7 pm–7 am) RN. Job Overview We are seeking a full‑time night shift RN to join our Nampa Birkeland Maternity Center. This position is eligible for sign‑on incentives and relocation assistance for applicable candidates. As a Labor & Delivery Nurse with Saint Alphonsus, you will work alongside dedicated professionals to provide excellent clinical care in a safe and respectful environment, following evidence‑based protocols. We seek a nurse devoted to OB nursing who can work as part of a team to meet the needs of mothers and babies each day. Unit Highlights Average of 100 deliveries each month 20 private LDRP suites 2 ORs 4 NICU beds (Level II, 34 weeks to term) Requirements Prior nursing experience desired, preferably in LDRP. Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho prior to hire date. If holding a multistate license, must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days of hire. Must provide licensure or proof of application for an RN license in the state of Oregon within 90 days of hire. American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification. ACLS and NRP required or obtained within six months of hire date. PALS, STABLE and NCC‑EFM certifications required or obtained within one year of hire date. RNs working this unit will be expected to take shifts in both the Boise and Nampa Family Maternity Units as needed.
