Details Work in a large OR suite consisting of 41 operating rooms within a Level 1 Trauma Center Cases include General, GU/GYN, Neuro, ENT, and Plastics 1:1 patient ratio Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts with a 6:45 AM start; occasional float to 8:45 AM or 10:45 AM starts Occasional float to nights, no more than 3 shifts per contract Float required to other OR suites within the same health system Weekend availability required per unit needs On-call required per unit needs, approximately 6 shifts per 8-week schedule period Epic EMR experience required 13-week contract Requirements Active CO RN license or Compact RN license currently in hand Current AHA BLS certification required Minimum 3 years of OR experience required Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center experience required Proficiency with Epic EMR required Additional Information First-time travelers will not be considered for this position Candidates who have previously completed a full-year assignment at this facility must wait at least one year before being rebooked Up to 10 RTO days may be approved; RTO is not permitted during the following blackout periods: June 28-July 9, September 2-12, and October 25-November 4 Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to a different pay structure American Traveler Job ID #P-713436.
