We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support a large multi-unit restaurant operation across the Seattle market. This role will work closely with senior operations leaders and District Managers, helping connect people strategy with day-to-day business performance.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior operations and field leadership
• Identify workforce challenges and develop practical HR solutions
• Partner with leaders on hiring, retention, staffing levels, and workforce planning
• Build stronger leadership pipelines through succession and development planning
• Guide managers through employee relations matters, performance issues, investigations, and workplace concerns
• Help ensure employment practices remain compliant with applicable laws and company policies
• Use HR data and workforce trends to identify opportunities and recommend improvements
• Support leadership training, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, and other people initiatives
• Provide regular reporting and insights to help leadership make informed decisions

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HRBP capacity
• Experience supporting multiple locations, field operations, or a large employee population
• Strong background in employee relations, recruiting, talent development, and succession planning
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to turn data into action
• Confident communicator who can influence leaders and handle sensitive situations professionally
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
• PHR, SHRM, or similar HR certification is a plus
• Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or another high volume multi site environment is strongly preferred
