Contract | Night Shift | Onsite | Every other weekend required | Call/standby per policy

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in an LDRP setting, including labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum couplet care
• Circulate in the OR for cesarean section procedures
• Perform and interpret continuous fetal monitoring using GE and OBIX EFM systems
• Titrate Pitocin drips and manage other titratable medications per protocol
• Adhere to AWHONN staffing ratio guidelines and unit policies including call, standby, and floating requirements
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgical techs and charge nurses who may carry patient assignments

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Demonstrated LDRP experience including labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care
• Experience with couplet care
• Ability to circulate in the OR for C-section procedures
• Competency in fetal monitoring and Pitocin titration

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with GE and/or OBIX electronic fetal monitoring systems
• Experience working in a lower-volume or critical access hospital setting
• Comfort working in a unit where OB/Neonatology and Anesthesia are not in-house 24/7
