Now Hiring: CBRF Caregiver

Open Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 3.5 days per week | Every Other Weekend Required

High Point Residence Germantown South is seeking a compassionate and dependable CBRF Caregiver to join our team. This role is essential in providing quality care and support to residents while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being in a supportive living environment.

About the Role

As a CBRF Caregiver, you will work closely with residents and fellow team members to provide personalized care and assistance with daily activities. The ideal candidate is caring, patient, and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with CBRF regulations and community policies
• Monitor and document changes in residents' health, behavior, and overall well-being
• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
• Support residents living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CBRF certification
• Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a CBRF, assisted living, or senior living setting
• Experience supporting individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
