Nemours is seeking a Pediatric Advanced Practice Nurse to join our Eisenberg Elementary New Castle County School-Based Health System Team! Eisenberg Elementary is located in New Castle, Delaware, and is part of the Colonial School District, which serves students and families throughout the New Castle community. This position is responsible for:

• An area of specialized nursing practice, and provides direct and indirect care to patients and their families in the ambulatory, and outpatient settings with the Seaford School system
• The nurse practitioner will carry out the major responsibility for the student’s health care needs including evaluation, management and follow-up
• This role will occasionally include various additional responsibilities, such as telehealth support.

Requirements:

• Master of Science in Nursing (PNP)
• Pediatric Primary Care NP Certification required
• Three years of pediatric primary care experience
• Active Delaware (or compact state) Registered Nurse Licensure required
• Active Delaware Advanced Practice Nurse Licensure, with prescriptive authority required
• Delaware Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) if practicing in Delaware
• Federal DEA registration with Office Address
