That's where you come in.The RoleAs a Help Desk Analyst I, you'll be the first point of contact for technology support across our corporate office and facilities. You'll fix problems, answer questions, and get people back to work quickly, often while they're in the middle of a busy shift. This is a strong starting point for someone building a career in IT who wants to learn from an experienced team and see how their work affects people.What You'll DoRespond to support requests by phone, email, and ticketing system, and log, prioritize, and track every issue through resolutionTroubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues for corporate and facility users, both remotely and on-siteReset passwords, unlock accounts, and manage user access in Active Directory and Microsoft 365Set up accounts, devices, and system access for new hires, and remove access when employees leaveImage, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripheralsSupport users on our business and clinical applications [confirm systems, e.g., EHR, UKG]Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support or vendors with clear, complete documentationBuild and update knowledge base articles and how-to guides for common issuesProtect sensitive information and follow HIPAA and company security standards in all workWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or coursework in IT or a related field preferred0–2 years of help desk, IT support, or technical customer service experience (internships, school, and military IT experience count)Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN)CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus but not requiredA calm, patient way of explaining technical issues to people who aren't technicalStrong organization and follow-through, because no ticket gets forgottenHealthcare IT experience is a bonusWe offer the following benefits for you and your family:Competitive WagesElite Low Cost Gold Plan Blue Cross Blue Shield Health InsuranceDental Insurance, Life Insurance, Vision Insurance401K with company matchPaid Holidays and Paid Vacation
