Assistant Store Manager

Summary The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations to optimize sales, oversee inventory management, and deliver exceptional luxury client service. The role involves team leadership, operational oversight, and contributing to business objectives while maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities Support Store Manager in delegating tasks and managing team performance Drive sales growth through client development and elevated selling standards Facilitate communication between store team and corporate partners Coach and develop team members and create career development plans Participate in recruitment and lead team meetings on performance priorities Manage inventory processes including cycle counts and stock consolidations Oversee after sales processes such as alterations and repairs Report and manage store facilities and maintenance issues Control store expenses and assist with profit and loss management Requirements Minimum 3 years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and digital tools Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem solving skills Solid knowledge of sales operations and inventory management Ability to travel and work weekends Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds Experience enforcing labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr
