Role Description The Product Project Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Irvine, CA. This role oversees furniture product projects from concept through production and delivery, coordinating timelines, resources, and communication among design, production, logistics, and quality teams. Daily responsibilities include tracking project schedules, managing expediting activities for materials and components, resolving issues that may delay production, and ensuring inspections and quality checks are completed. The Product Project Manager collaborates with vendors and internal stakeholders to align product specifications, logistics plans, and customer requirements. The role also involves preparing status reports, maintaining project documentation, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and product outcomes. Qualifications Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and cross‑functional coordination. Expeditor and Expediting experience to manage material flow and accelerate critical project activities. Inspection and quality control skills to ensure products meet standards and specifications. Logistics Management skills to coordinate shipments, warehousing, and delivery schedules. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in furniture, manufacturing, or related product‑based industries is preferred. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
