Project Manager II

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of moderately complex projects from initiation through completion. This role will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources while ensuring deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards and business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.


Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, milestones, work breakdown structures, and resource forecasts; monitoring progress against approved schedules and budgets; identifying dependencies, risks, and issues; and implementing appropriate mitigation and escalation strategies. The Project Manager II will facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports and presentations, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate project performance to leadership and other stakeholders. This position may also support process improvements, contribute to project management standards, mentor less experienced project team members, and manage multiple concurrent initiatives with varying levels of complexity.


Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in business, project management, technology, engineering, or a related field, along with several years of progressive project management experience. Experience managing cross-functional projects, budgets, timelines, and external partners is preferred. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, change control, and reporting tools is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organization, analytical thinking, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and adapt effectively in a changing environment. Project management certification or equivalent professional training is desirable.
