By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a UX Designer to join our team in Tampa, Florida (US-FL), United States (US).The desired individual will:Collaborate with stakeholders to discover, elicit, and analyze problems and requirementsUse human-centered and data-driven principles to conceptualize and validate solutions that deliver the most usable solutions aligned with business goalsConduct UX workshop to capture task and workflow analysis, flow/process diagramming, journey mapping\Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, UI mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.Multi-fidelity interactive prototyping, usability (secondary user) validation, evidence-driven iteration for Responsive web applications & mobileUser-interface and interaction design, specificationSupport implementation, execute usability testingTools such as Axure RP, Visio, Balsamiq Basic Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of UX/UI design experience.Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education and experience Preferred Skills:IT Experience in a Healthcare environmentExpertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.Knowledge of web-based technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions e.g for example, Ajax, Flash, HTML 5, CSS, scripting, etc.Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutionsAbility to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.Experience in working with stakeholders to discover, elicit, and analyze problems and requirementsGood knowledge of Agile development methodology (Scrum) including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups & release planningUnderstanding of build process and script is an added advantageExperience writing technical documentsINDHCLSMC This position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
