This role is a strong fit for someone with at least a year of commercial mechanical project management experience who wants to build a career in a fast-paced environment where planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery all matter every day. Responsibilities Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and day-to-day project coordination Help manage commercial HVAC and plumbing project execution from kickoff through closeout Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and progress reporting Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal engineering staff Monitor project milestones to help keep work on schedule and within scope Support quality control, safety, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle Help resolve project issues quickly and professionally to maintain delivery momentum Qualifications Experience in commercial mechanical project management or project engineering Background in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical construction Ability to support multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills Working knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and construction documentation Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
