Benefits Account Manager - Client Advisor, On-Site

The Jonus Group seeks an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager for an on-site role in Tempe, AZ. You will manage mid-to-large market client accounts and collaborate with teams to ensure seamless renewals, enrollments, and benefit implementations. Ideal candidates have a Life & Health license, 3+ years in employee benefits (5+ preferred), and proficiency in Employee Navigator and EPIC.
