They are ideally looking for somebody with strong experience coming from Public Accounting or Asset Management with a entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to lead, and strong collaboration skills. Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise on complex fund transactions and accounting treatment.Develop and maintain accounting policies in compliance with U.S. GAAP.Research and implement new accounting standards.Review financial statements and regulatory filings.Maintain SOX controls and support audit activities.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent accounting practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.5-10 years of public accounting experience.Strong knowledge of ASC 946 and ASC 820.Experience with technical accounting research and policy development.Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.For more information about this role, please apply or reach out to [email protected] directly for more details.
