About the Role WebFX is seeking an entry‑level candidate for our Project Management team! Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (or will soon have one!), a track record of strong academics, and is excited about all things project management and web technology. Related experience is awesome to have, but never required – we'll train you on everything you need to know. Qualifications: Who You Are Education: Bachelor's Degree (all majors welcome), GPA 3.4 or above. Upcoming grads encouraged to apply. Suggested Experience and Skills: Prior part‑time/summer job/internship experience (any field), strong verbal & written communication, customer service experience, presentation skills, digital marketing experience (bonus), project management experience (bonus). Tools/Technical Skills: Excel/Google Suite; Basic HTML/CSS or UX experience. Qualities and Traits: Great eye for aesthetically pleasing websites, organized, timely, can juggle multiple projects, interested in web & new technology, professional, dependable, self‑motivated, pride in work, urgent, proactive, lifelong learner, data‑driven decision making. Don't stress if you don't have every experience listed — we hire for soft skills, and believe hard skills can be trained. The Job Responsibilities: What You'll Learn to Do Plan and Manage Website Design Projects Create and outline specifications for website build projects, integrating UX best practices. Organize and manage project timelines, and communicate schedules to internal team members. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with client goals. Troubleshoot issues as they arise, using clear communication and creative problem‑solving. Manage multiple projects and deadlines using strong organization and time‑management skills. Communicate With Clients Serve as the direct point of contact for clients, asking strategic questions to understand their goals and needs, and recommending best practices accordingly. Contribute to our high client satisfaction rate by providing proactive support and building relationships based on trust and rapport. Test and Evaluate Website Performance Perform quality assurance testing during website builds and launches. Evaluate website performance, functionality, and user experience to ensure standards are met.
