Location Supervisor

Location SupervisorPlumbing & Heating Wholesale is hiring for a Location Supervisor position for the Storm Lake, IA location. As a Location Supervisor you will be responsible for helping to oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch while also working with your team to grow sales and increase branch profitability. You will work to provide value in all of your relationships, while providing exemplary service.Job Duties Include, but not limited to:Support of inside and outside sales staffSupervise and schedule warehouse and delivery staff for adequate warehouse operationsWork to find improvements in processes and operations to gain efficienciesMaintain a clean and organized showroom and warehousePromote teamwork and cooperation at all levelsFill in when needed to include warehouse and counterHold weekly branch meetings to identify, discuss, and solve issuesParticipate in weekly location supervisor meetingsEnsure the accuracy of inventory through the scheduling of cycle counts, inventory transactions, auditing, and reportingReview sales reportsManage order and transfer queuesSet yearly sales and operating budgetsHire, train, evaluate, and dismiss personnel as necessaryMaintain equipment and building in good working orderJob Qualifications Include:Previous supervisor experienceExperience in either the Plumbing / HVAC fieldsProficient in the use of Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to identify and resolve issues effectivelyComfortable in a fast-paced work environmentDemonstrated integrity and ethical standardsThe ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work with and communicate effectively with both customers and coworkers.
