JOB SUMMARY The Account Receivable I is part of the Accounting Department located in Fargo, North Dakota and will be an on-site position. You will report to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor and be a part of the Account Receivable Team, responsible for all things related to Accounts Receivable. Key Responsibilities Works with clients to collect outstanding debts while ensuring collection targets are met to maintain positive cash flow Identifies slow-moving or delinquent accounts and communicates key details to management to support escalation and further follow-up Investigates and resolves account issues in a timely and efficient manner Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related financial function. Associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of relevant education and hands-on AR/collections experience will be considered. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 Microsoft Office Top three skills Attention to detail and accuracy Willingness to learn systems and ask questions Ownership mindset and clear communication Education: Bachelors Degree
