• Number of Staff – 4 FT RN, 3 FT CST, 1 PRN RN
• Type of staff: Day Shift – Depending on OR Schedule
• Night Shift - None
• Patient Ratios –
• Type of equipment – Stryker, Mako, Globus
• EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

• Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Minimum 6 months current CST experience
• BLS
• Certified Surgical Technician (CST) Certification
• NBSTA & DORA Certifications must be active

Preferred or nice to have:

• Total Joint experience at a level 11 or 111
• Experience using robotics such as DaVinci

• Ortho & Spine
• Joint Replacements and scrubbing Ortho cases
