Position Assistant Restaurant Manager – Charter Foods Employment Type Full‑time, Exempt Responsibilities Assist in managing the overall operation of the assigned restaurant on a daily basis, including staffing and training. Ensure that processes and procedures are followed to meet expectations and goals. Lead department‑level restaurant operations, modeling and demonstrating leadership that is grounded in core values. Measure performance based on service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Organize and schedule staff to support smooth restaurant operations. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred. Compensation Hourly rate: $35.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
