Bar Supervisor

Position type: Part-time Start date: As soon as possible Salary: According to pay scale and experience The Bar Supervisor is responsible for the overall management of bar operations: logistics, staff, service quality, and coordination before, during, and after events. This role ensures that operations run smoothly, the premises are clean, the customer experience is high quality, and internal standards are met. Responsibilities Manage bar inventory by tracking stock, placing orders, and ensuring bars are fully stocked with beverages, food items, and supplies for all events . Lead bar staff through training, scheduling, clear communication, and ongoing guidance to ensure smooth operations. Deliver a welcoming, professional bar experience that supports overall client and guest satisfaction. Serve as the primary on-site contact for bar operations, coordinationg closely with the Front of House and Client Experience team. Ensure compliance with Monument-National service standards, alcohol laws, and safety regulations, while overseeing all bar transactions (Square, tips, and cash handling). Prepare post-event and monthly reports and invoices covering sales, inventory, incidents, and opportunities for improvement Requirements 2+ years of management experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or events. Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service. Experience with inventory management and ordering procedures. Excellent skills in customer services, leadership and communication. Ability to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue. Familiarity with food and beverage health and safety regulations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event needs. How to apply?
