Arlington Boulevard, Greenville, North Carolina, United States of America Job Description Spring Arbor Greenville is seeking an experienced and compassionate Resident Care Director to lead our clinical team and help create exceptional experiences for our residents every day! What You’ll Do Lead and support the resident care team to deliver exceptional care Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and team development Develop and oversee resident care plans and assessments Partner with physicians, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards Oversee medication management processes and clinical documentation Foster a positive, engaged, and supportive culture for residents and associates alike What We’re Looking For Active RN or LPN license in good standing Senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric experience preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience required Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience with memory care preferred Passion for serving seniors and building strong teams Areas of Responsibility Create individualized service plans for each resident in AL with input from Resident Assistants, updating per policy and as needed; ensure the team maintains current knowledge of residents’ ADL needs and requirements Identify ongoing needs of residents to maintain the highest level of wellbeing Ensure appropriate staffing levels through effective scheduling and maintain department staffing schedules utilizing the electronic payroll system Work closely and maintain daily communications with the Assistant Resident Care Director and/or Program Director for Memory Care in administering and managing the Department, thereby ensuring continuity of care and services for the residents Communicate with families, residents, and appropriate healthcare providers regarding areas of concern and collaborate to find solutions Other duties as assigned – see full job description Qualifications Must be a minimum of 18 years of age Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Long Term Care, AL, or other equivalent geriatric care with AL training, with demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of the elderly At least one (1) year supervisory nursing experience Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening Licensed RN or LPN in good standing with the state licensing agency, as required by state regulations Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems a plus Equal Employment Opportunity & Non-Discrimination Allegro Living provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Allegro Senior Living, LLC
