In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing in-house repairs and calibrations on a variety of Atlas Copco tools, directly impacting customer satisfaction and service excellence. It’s an ideal position for someone who enjoys dismantling equipment, diagnosing issues, and ensuring precision in every repair.This site works a on-site at our Auburn Hills, MI workshop, and works a 1st shift schedule.How You’ll Make an Impact:Promptly create repair quotes based on customer requirements and requestsPerform preventative maintenance to extend tool performance and reliabilityDiagnose and troubleshoot tool issues, thoroughly documenting findingsDisassemble, repair, and reassemble tools, ensuring full functionality after serviceOrder and track parts needed to complete repairs in a timely mannerCommunicate directly with customers to gather details and provide status updatesTo succeed, you will needExperience in mechanical and electrical troubleshootingAbility to read and interpret technical schematicsComfortable communicating with individuals at all levels of the organizationProficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and TeamsStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, precise workA collaborative mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improveHigh school diploma or GEDIn return, we offerAt Atlas Copco, we know that work is more than just a job.
