Required Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:
• Warehouse Operations: Experience with product storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Order Processing: Ability to accurately prepare customer orders and verify shipment details.
• Inventory Management: Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and product locations.
• Shipping & Labeling: Experience using shipping systems, freight systems, and barcode labeling equipment.
• Computer Skills: Ability to enter and process orders using ERP systems or warehouse management software.

Dress Code Requirements:
• Closed-toe shoes and long pants are required at all times.
• Shorts, hats, tank tops, and cutoff shirts are prohibited.
• Pants must be worn at waist level, with undergarments not visible.
• Hooded sweatshirts are permitted, but hoods must remain down.
• Clothing with offensive slogans, images, or messages is prohibited.
• Sunglasses may not be worn on the distribution center floor.

Overview:
Responsible for accurately storing warehouse products, processing orders, and preparing shipments for customer sites while following established procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately store products in designated warehouse locations
• Pick, prepare, and process customer orders for shipment according to established procedures
• Label and meter packages using various freight systems
• Process orders and maintain accurate information in the client’s ERP system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Prepare materials and complete daily tasks to support the following day's shipping activities
• Follow Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and applicable regulatory requirements
• Support additional warehouse and divisional initiatives as assigned by management
