Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Float to various ICU, TCU, ED, and PACU departments as needed.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment such as ECMO, IABP, Impella, LVAD, and PA Catheters.
• Manage patients using continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).
• Coordinate interdisciplinary treatment plans and ensure seamless care delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records with the Epic charting system.

Qualifications

• Active California RN License.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and ACLS, BLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience; 2.5 years preferred.
• Experience with NIHSS and trauma level II care preferred.
• Ability to float between different clinical units and facilities.
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are mandatory, with exemptions only on medical/religious grounds.
