Sales Manager

Job Title Spa Sales Performance Supervisor Engagement Type Full-Time | Independent Contractor (1099) Pay Structure
- $3,000 fixed monthly pay
- Commission earnings based on achieved sales results
- Access to discounted spa services and skincare items
- 4 working days weekly
- Mandatory Sunday duty
- 3 consecutive rest days each week
- Daily shift ranges from 8 to 10 hours
- Present spa services and retail items in a compelling and informative manner
- Increase transaction value through add-on services and bundled offerings
- Assess guest preferences to suggest appropriate treatment options
- Maintain awareness of current offers, service menus, and retail lines
- Record daily sales outcomes and contribute to revenue reporting
- Support smooth coordination between sales and service teams
- Encourage repeat visits through positive guest engagement
- Background in sales-driven roles within service or retail settings
- Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills
- Able to operate independently under a contractor arrangement
- Willing to work Sundays and extended shifts
- Results-focused with a proactive sales mindset
- On-site at a luxury spa location
