Patient / Clinical Coordinator – Aspen Facial Plastics
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Patient/Clinical Coordinator to join our Facial Plastic and ENT practice. This role is central to delivering a smooth, professional, and compassionate patient experience from initial contact through treatment and follow-up care.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient scheduling, intake, and follow-up care.
- Serve as a primary liaison between patients, providers, and clinical staff.
- Assist with surgical and treatment scheduling coordination.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Order cosmetic and medical supplies while managing and staying within an established budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR 3–5 years of healthcare/clinical coordination experience required.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in ENT, facial plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics preferred.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems strongly preferred.
- Professional, patient-focused, and team-oriented mindset.
