Are you a data-driven supply chain professional who thrives on balancing inventory, forecasting demand, and driving business success? We're seeking an  Inventory Planner to join a growing team in the  Newark, NJ area and play a critical role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time.

What You'll Do:

✅ Analyze sales trends, demand patterns, and inventory levels to develop accurate forecasts

✅ Generate and maintain inventory, demand planning, and sales reports

✅ Partner closely with Sales to understand market demand and business needs

✅ Monitor inventory on hand and proactively identify shortages or excess stock

✅ Collaborate with Buyers and Sales teams to ensure inventory aligns with anticipated customer orders

✅ Utilize data analytics to drive inventory optimization and improve supply chain performance

✅ Support decision-making through reporting, forecasting, and actionable insights

What We're Looking For:

✔ Experience in Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or related field

✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills

✔ Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities

✔ Ability to interpret sales trends and forecasting data

✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

✔ Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations teams
