Senior Technical Security Associate

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 4+ years of experience in project, program, and/or product management.

• We need knowledge of physical security technology systems, including video systems, access control, and intrusion detection, along with basic IT networking and infrastructure design.

• We need the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, internal stakeholders across multiple lines of business, and external vendors.
• We look for a self-starter who is intellectually curious, can work with minimal direction, think critically, make sound decisions, and ask thoughtful follow-up questions.
• We require strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
• We require a bachelors degree in a related field.
• Preferred: experience with technical security program and/or product management.
• Preferred: bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or technology.
• Preferred: strong proficiency with SQL or similar database tools and script/query languages.
• Preferred: experience implementing physical, technical, and administrative controls.
• Preferred: basic knowledge of agile software development methodologies.

• We manage multi-million-dollar projects through delivery in support of major Technical Security initiatives, tracking milestones and preparing presentations for senior leaders.
• We support the design, build, management, and configuration of video surveillance ecosystems by creating operational playbooks, configuration guides, and direct configurations.
• We prepare polished PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences.
• We analyze complex reporting data, synthesize findings, infer trends, and present results, including building dashboards and sharing reporting with strategic stakeholders.
• We evaluate innovative technologies and use cases, and we configure and test large populations of security devices iteratively.
• We partner with internal training teams to update job aids and operating procedures, collect and analyze metrics, and prepare technical documentation.
• We support Product Owners with compliance and audit activities, including maintaining KPIs and providing evidence of control completion.
• We engage with and influence third-party vendor roadmaps.
• We build strong working relationships across the global security team and other lines of business.
• We quickly absorb complex technology details and translate them into practical business solutions.
