Shift Supervisor – Earn up to $21.50+ per hour!* Base pay is $17.50 per hour. *In addition to base pay, our team members also receive tips averaging approximately $4.00 per hour. Perks of the Buzz Life Free drinks & food on shift — fuel up with your favorite Buzz 35% discount on retail, food & drinks when off shift Opportunities for growth and a clear pathway for development Dedicated training with a certified Training Ambassador Paid sick time and competitive industry pay Fun, high-energy environment surrounded by people who love what they do Responsibilities Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards Work all café positions — our baristas are cross‑trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order Help run and administer a smooth schedule for breaks, meal period and shifts Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and special tasks Lead all shift duties as directed by the manager on duty Lead store cleanliness and safety – always ready for guests and teammates Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team Responsible for balancing and managing deposits Active in inventory and waste management Adhere to opening and closing duties checklist and procedures Perform all other duties at the discretion of the store manager or other members of leadership Qualifications 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred Previous fast paced coffee experience preferred Prior supervisory experience preferred> Drive‑Thru experience is preferred Guest service focused, solution oriented Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service Strong communicator with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Must be available to work 28 hours/week including nights, weekends and holidays Must be able to work a mixture of open, closes and mid‑shifts as dictated by the business needs Better Buzz is also committed to offering reasonable accommodation to qualified job applicants with disabilities.
