Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Supervise and support a team of food and beverage associates to deliver timely, friendly service across all dining areas.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to maintain service quality, cleanliness, and team performance.
• Serve as a key link between front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Step in as needed to support bartending, bussing, or food running duties to maintain efficient service flow.
• Manage scheduling and supply orders to balance business needs with labor and cost control.

What We Are Looking For:

• 6+ months of experience in a server or similar roleensures you understand service fundamentals and team dynamics.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experiencecritical for coaching associates and resolving service issues quickly.
• Hotel or hospitality backgroundhelps in adapting to fast-paced, guest-focused environments.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days)ensures guest and team safety.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedulenecessary for physical and operational demands.
