bPsychiatrist – Health Advocates Network , Stockton, CA Health Advocates Network is seeking a Psychiatrist for a registry position at a facility in Stockton, California. Pay rate is $276 per hour (1099 Independent Contractor). bShift Details Location: Mental Health Shift: 1 (Start: 07:30:00, End: 17:30:00) bQualifications Minimum 1‑year previous working experience within the last 36 months as a Psychiatrist Ability to build rapport with patients Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership qualities Familiarity with medical terminology Valid CPR card (American Heart Association) Up‑to‑date credentials in the state of CA bResponsibilities Directly evaluate, treat, and document the treatment of assigned psychiatric patients continually in accordance with policy, procedures, and laws. Provide diagnosis after assessment; prescribe medications; monitor patients' progress, including laboratory values and special procedures with appropriate follow‑up or referrals as indicated. Dictate admission summaries, discharge summaries, and other necessary documentation. Consult with patient's relatives, AR, legal client, or healthcare proxy to inform them of patient's condition and treatment recommendations and encourage participation in treatment planning. Communicate with community psychiatrists as appropriate to enhance patient care, facilitate discharge, and respond to questions regarding patient management.
