Your Role As a Senior Construction Manager, you will serve as the primary interface with PMA clients and lead the client and project team through strategic real estate planning, design, and construction of new buildings, tenant improvement buildouts, and facility assignments for data center projects in North‑Central/West Texas. 8+ years of development and project management experience, with at least five years focused directly on data center projects Experience as an Owner’s Representative or Project Manager representing the fiduciary interests of the real estate developer or investor Skilled at managing project teams successfully through all phases of the development and construction process Experienced with master planning, budgeting, pre‑construction, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction/transition planning to build/project activation Knowledgeable in project pro forma, including development budgets, operations (revenues, expenses, cash flows), and resulting financial metrics (return on cost, IRR) Demonstrated ability to manage successful projects and consistently meet or exceed client expectations and deadlines Proficient in project controls, project management, construction documentation, and sequencing Working knowledge of alternate materials/methods, construction costs, value‑engineering techniques, and building/occupancy laws and lease requirements Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills Discretion in handling confidential information Adroit at developing and maintaining long‑term relationships with clients and other development, design, and construction‑related professionals Values and Skills Motivated self‑starter with a positive attitude High level of personal integrity and business ethics, thriving in a collaborative team environment Polished executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence Enthusiastic and curious, committed to seeking creative solutions Diligent and disciplined, refining options into optimal results Confident and courageous leader Values fairness, transparency, and consensus‑building Benefits Part of a respected company with high‑caliber clients and projects Workplace that values work/life balance Competitive salary and bonus program Formal and informal training, leadership development, mentoring programs, and opportunities for growth and advancement Quality benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, education reimbursement, and more #J-18808-Ljbffr Project Management Advisors, Inc.
