Blue Shield of California’s Strategy, Planning, and Performance team in Healthcare Quality and Affordability (HQA) manages Workforce Management forecasting, modeling, and oversight of all HQA productive staff. The Principal role reports to the Director of Program Management, Clinical as direct manager and will own WFM across HQA operations.
