Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate Range: $40.87 - $45.19 / Per Hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Site Support Specialist II to join our Global IT team and provide exceptional onsite technical support for our corporate office in Denver. This role is ideal for an IT professional who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys delivering high-quality support to employees at all levels, including executive leadership.

You will serve as the primary onsite IT resource, supporting approximately 60 employees while ensuring a seamless technology experience. This position requires excellent technical troubleshooting skills, outstanding communication, and the professionalism to provide white-glove support to C-suite executives.

What You'll Do

• Provide Level 2 onsite desktop and end-user support for Windows-based systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Deliver professional, white-glove support to executive leadership and C-suite personnel.
• Configure, deploy, and support Windows devices using Microsoft Autopilot and Microsoft Intune.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, Office applications, and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Support SharePoint and other Microsoft collaboration tools.
• Configure and troubleshoot iPhone and Android mobile devices.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Escalate issues outside your scope while ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer communication.
• Assist with new hire onboarding, equipment deployment, hardware refreshes, and user account support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow IT service management best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Level 2 IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong experience supporting Windows desktop environments.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Windows Autopilot
  • SharePoint
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing system
• Experience supporting both iPhone and Android devices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing executive or C-suite technical support.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and enterprise endpoint management.
• Experience working in a corporate headquarters environment.
