SUNDAY-THURSDAY
3:00 PM - 10:30 PM 

Come join our culinary team!! This role is perfect for someone who has a lead-by-example leadership style, thrives in high-volume situations, and cares about providing our loyal fan base with high-quality food. 

What This Role Actually Looks Like:

• You keep the line moving and make sure food goes out consistently and at a high standard. 
• You lead the back-of-house team on PM shifts, overseeing hands-on cooking, directing prep, managing tickets, and keeping everyone aligned and focused. 
• You help shape the menu by contributing ideas for seasonal dishes and weekly specials.
• You coach employees when necessary, maintaining consistent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, with a focus on PM service execution. 
• Lead, train, and mentor back-of-house staff to maintain consistency, efficiency, and morale. 
• Oversee prep and production to ensure readiness for service and events. 
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and organization. 
• Assist in developing and executing seasonal menus and weekly specials. 
• Step in wherever needed as this is a leadership role, not a station-only position.
