Role Description This is a part- to full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle. The Occupational Therapist will work with children and adolescents, conducting evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans. Daily tasks include providing therapy sessions, documenting progress, collaborating with families and other professionals, and adapting activities to support skill development. The therapist will also contribute to expanding services for young adults. Qualifications Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, Pediatrics Experience in Medicine and Rehabilitation Ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals Proficiency in developing tailored treatment plans Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy Relevant certification and licensure Prior experience working with children and adolescents is advantageous Compensation and Benefits Pay: $85,280.00 - $107,040.00 per year Pay schedule is commensurate with experience Paid time off 401(k) Full-time eligible for health, dental and vision insurance Continuing education funds Schedule Part- and full-time options. 8 hour or 10 hour schedules available. Afternoon positions available.
